Absolutely abhorrent communication from this entire company. I’ve been trying to get therapy since April of 2024. I would absolutely not recommend this company whatsoever. I’ve pre-paid about 500.00 upfront and little movement. It is now October 31 and I’ve yet to be placed with a therapist. From phone systems being down, emails not getting through to payment miscommunication, it’s been a frustrating journey.

My son is 30 years old and is mentally challenged with ongoing behavior problems. This organization was recommended to me by my son’s caseworker. I was excited to know there was someone out there that can help my son and I because it has been a journey for us. The initial assessment was completed in March by Marc Deitsch. I met with him 4xs and then he advised me that the assessment was approved and now it's in review process with the company. Two months has passed, and we have not started any sessions. I then reached out to Marc superior Brandy. I called and left messages. I never received a phone call back. I reached out to Marc and have not heard anything! I am very disappointed in this company. Very unprofessional staff! They need more training on communication and not just ignoring clients. PBS really let me down. I will be reaching out to corporate.

They are ridiculously unprofessional. Ive been trying to get therapy for my daughters for so long . Been calling no answer , text no answer . No one ever calls me back . I call and leave messages and they never answer back .
