If you need a dermatologist, DO NOT go see Catherine Marcum. I had a horrible experience with her. In my opinion she only cares about taking your money and not your results. Go see someone who actually cares about their patients!

Update: no one has called me from the patient advocacy department. Just another validation that the care and customer service for patients is not a priority!

I was referred here by a co-worker of mine. I will say the process from checking in, filling out paperwork to visiting the First Lady who took my BP/tested for strep and finally went into the room to see the Dr and leaving the clinic. Everything went so good, smooth and very quick with the appointment. Definitely 10/10

Everyone at this location is very kind and helpful from the check in receptionist, Summer, to the staff of Dr. Price. I would highly recommend anyone come here for their allergy testing. It has been a game changer for me as long as you follow directions and do your part to get better!

Visited this location for Allergy Specialist. Although my visit was great, Doctor and staff were great, I would like to rank it the lowest. Of all the time visiting any clinics, I never had billing department call me before I even receive a bill in mail asking to pay. I am not talking about six month a year after visit. This is a recent visit, that just got settled with insurance (for their part) and now I have to pay my part of the bill that I have not even received. As in many cases, billing departments ruin whole experience because they act like collectors, questioning your ability to pay the bill. I picked the phone because it said Watson Clinic, thought they are calling to schedule follow up, since we did establish a plan with allergy doctor to identify which product causes reaction. Instead I got an experience that would stop me from ever going to Watson Clinic again.

I visited the Watson Clinic Urgent Care South yesterday evening since it was too late to see my regular physician. Since my doctors are already on the Watson Clinic network, check in was simple and all my records are readily available in their system. It is a beautiful and clean facility and I was impressed by the efficiency, professionalism, and friendliness of the entire staff and Doctor Gregory. I needed an ultrasound and bloodwork which was done immediately on site and that had the results in approximately thirty minutes. The area which includes the exam rooms, lab, etc. was well equipped and looked like a mini ER. Luckily my problem was not serious but regardless I felt confident that I was in good hands and would not hesitate to return in the future.

Dr. Gregory at Urgent Care South is one of the best And knowledgeable doctors in Lakeland. Treated my family like it was his own. My kids absolutely love him and his knowledgeable nursing staff. I would recommend this place over all of the urgent cares around. The environment is very clean and well put together. Thank you Watson Clinic Urgent Care South for all you have done. Five stars ( ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ).

It's not what it used to be. The staff are overwhelmed, overworked, and underpaid. You have to wait days for results. It's almost impossible to talk to your doctor. They are constantly trying to refer you. God forbid you go to the hospital, most doctors do not see you there either. You are stuck with someone else, who may not be that great. I would love to find a doctor who actually cares and knows you. I had an emergency out of town, the surgeon at that hospital called me at home, checked up on me, etc. It reminded me of what real care feels like. The Watson Clinic used to be a place you knew people would treat you well. It's too much of a business now. I actually tried to see my doctor after leaving the hospital, he no longer fits people in for such matters. I have to wait two weeks or see a nurse practitioner. I have nothing against nurse practitioners, but I want to see my regular doctor. It isn't professional. No idea where to go now.

So here is my experience with the clinic.. started off waiting over an hour for my appointment, (I usually expect a little wait, so not a big deal) I finally get back into the exam room and I'm only back there for maybe 8-10 minutes. The doctor says they will order xrays, allergy test, and referral to see a specialist. I was never told if allergy prescription was actually ordered out and I wasn't asked which pharmacy was preferred so I ended up going across town to pick it up. Days after getting my xrays done with abnormal results I'm still waiting to hear back from my doctor. I called specialist and they require MRI before even scheduling to see them. I can't get in touch with the nurse to get results, schedule followup, or get an order for an MRI for the specialist that I was referred to. I left a voice mail and 2 messages on MyChart. The messages were only viewed and still haven't heard anything regarding followup or treatments. This is VERY frustrating.
