Baker acts reasoning if non violent or suicidal are questionable which are pretty much the only 2 questions they ask anywhere over and over and OVER and OVER and as LOUD AS YOU CAN SCREAM that which makes the hold extremely TRASH law put why anything they would HOLD U FOR LONGER even more questionable strange cause they have inmates from county in there asked on of there guards with a badge why i cant leave said talk to staff no oversight even with them in there and there overall treatment plan from the doc? Ain't the meds know what I'm saying not the worst of em but space is limited.

a million times less than a star this place should be shut down immediately. they do not care for the patients and behavioral techs will laugh at you when you cry and mock you make jokes with other employees ignore your requests treat you like garbage. psychiatrist doesn't care to hear your needs just want to be mean and tell you what you're accused of being "too much if something"and threaten you to tie you down if you don't take meds. you get no therapy no counseling counselors there are a joke and dont care about you there are no counseling sessions. the doctors and nurses and staff are so unprofessional and need to learn how to respect human life. no dignity whatsoever for human beings someone report this place and shut it down people that work there are not human beings they play with your mind for fun and enjoy torturing you.anyone giving a good review is a LIAR! and posting photos that is so obvious youre a LIAR!!!

It's seriously refreshing to be treated like a human being and heard for what is going on instead of judged and assumed. Yesenia and the staff here was amazing, professional, and compassionate! I was looking to find a more established and reliable place to get my psychiatry needs regardless of my insurance situation. There is an obvious stigma around mental health, and the media doesn’t depict it fairly.
This was by far one of the easiest going places I’ve been to!

A life-saving program for me , You are like an oasis in the middle of a desert. There was no help . It has been a life-changing service to me. No doubt the most compassionate staff . I’ve never called and been turned away due to money. . My doctor, Dr Barious Is always there if I were to need anything. Thank you for helping me get out of the dark pit of depression.

Both of my children were patients at peace river, I just don’t feel that what they were doing was working for my daughter especially. Then there’s the assistant and her name was Alecia Grant, I don’t like her attitude at all, she has a terrible demeanor, I don’t like the way she speaks at all. I found my kids a better place to go where the therapist is more knowledgeable. My daughter just started going to the new place and I am already seeing some improvements in her behavior, this is the first time that I felt hopeful in a while that my daughter’s behavior is gonna improve. At peace river I did like my daughters therapist Yesenia but I was a little disappointed that after we found someone new that she didn’t try to at least give us a courtesy call to say that she’s sorry we had to go some place else. At the new place my daughter goes to I love the fact that I can send her doctor a personal email message that goes directly to her…at peace river their communication was horrible, I had to constantly keep calling for everything that I needed. Leaving voicemails etc, peace river needs to change the way that they do things…patients should be able to leave their doctor an email not always have to go through the doctor’s assistant. I do appreciate what Yesenia did try to do for my daughter and son…
