Cannot say enough good things about this place. Paola and Kindell supported me through my journey losing 30 lbs. I am extremely happy with my results. They push you while still maintaining a friendly and accepting atmosphere. 10/10 recommend if you have weight-loss and wellness goals

Cannot say enough positive things about these people or this program! They care about my health journey, and they care about my goals to feel and look better. Dr Paola is smart and sincere, and has been instrumental in getting my weight and A1C in line. Kindell is a crazy good coach, always with great advice and understanding. She’s amazing!! Kay is also an incredible resource, helping guide me through this process. Options is not just a name…it puts the power, control, and flexibility that works for me to work. Been working my program 8 weeks. Down 1.2 points in my A1C! Down 22 lbs. Feeling great!

What a marvelous place, with wonderful people.

I started their program 6 months ago, and I am amazed of how much I have changed. Physical and mentally.

My results could have been better of course, but due to my lack discipline, not their fault, I did not lose the recommended amount of pounds.

I di love the program and the employees; specially Kindell for she is wonderful, funny and very supportive, never condemning me nor judging me.

She teaches me how to meal prep in advance, to organize my time, the importance of counting our calories, weight training, and of course, to always read the labels of what I consume ?.

My verdict? I recommend Options Weight loss to anyone struggling with weight loss

I truly love coming here every week !!! I started my journey on 12/19/2023 , these results was only in 3 weeks of me starting my 3 months program!!! I’m am so happy with the changes I made with my life!!! The Staff in Options’s medical in Carrollwood are so Amazing ? those ladies really work with you especially with my busy schedule, they are there to support me!!! And I must say my coach Kindell has made a great impact on my health!!! She really knows what best for me!!! And I truly love her positive personality!!! I still have 2 months to go and I really can’t wait for the final result!!!! I truly recommend Option medical to any that wants to make change with their life!!! I really want to take the time out to update my results . I finish my 3 month program 2 months ago. And my weight loss is still progressing . I feel like I flushed 1600.00 down the toilet. In 3 months I lost 6 pounds, hated the Semaglutide bc it made me so tired and unmotivated. I would yawn all day and go to sleep at 7 pm. I also was given pills not phentermine that did nothing for me, after 2 months of this and being in tears at the office I was finally prescribed the phentermine and my dosage of Semaglutide adjusted to a smaller amount and felt normal. But to late the first 2 months were waisted after explained this over and over. My appointments were always rescheduled and pills ran out before shots bc I couldn’t ever get booked in time to stay on track. I was given wrong appointments, cancelled bc dr out of town etc. I was told I’d be given a credit due to the smaller dosage I was given for the last month of Semaglutide, I never received , in fact wanted to charge me another month just to come back to see the doctor for a phentermine refill. I’m not giving this company another dime , I wasn’t given the pills I was offered when I bought the 3 month package. Just a scam to take peoples money. Should of went back to Envizion where I saw results and prices are wayyyyyy lower. Never again and would never recommend.

I’m really happy with my experience so far! They are so nice and genuinely caring. I’ve lost 10 lbs in the first month, something I haven’t been able to do on my own in years. They’re always available if I need anything, and understand that my other health needs prevent me from using their shakes/products so they don’t pressure me any further. Comparing my friends experience at another clinic has made me appreciate how easy they’ve made this.

Everyone has been so helpful! Samuel made it super easy to get started, meeting with Paola gave me the confidence I needed. I am so excited to start this journey! So far I am doing great. My appetite is finally under control, and cravings have disappeared!
