Very happy with Doc Martin, he's a champion. Also, Sarah on the front desk has provided the very best customer service for us, I've spoken with her on numerous occasions, sometimes to get some urgent help. She's efficient, kind and has always sorted out our needs in good time and with a cheerful attitude. Overall, a top team!

The most offence I’ve ever received from any doctor. My advice is to seek legal advice, which I did on Friday 27.1.2023. I require a letter from the so called doctor within 5 to 7 working days. Be very concerned about this so call profession. Sorry ADHD not a good speller.

One of the worst customer service by the receptionist . I couldn't able to see the doctor after waiting for a long time. When I ask them they don't have nothing to explain and I ask them to cancel our appointment then without any apologise one of the receptionist just move her hand showing get out us. We wait almost one and half hour.
