Absolutely the best massage I have ever had (and I have had hundreds). The studio is beautiful warm inviting and relaxing. Tarnya is a goddess not only did she reset my body but also mind. I am now re motivated and will signing up for weekly yoga fortnightly massages and as many retreats that I can manage.

I just returned from the most amazing women’s Wild Earth Supermoon tour, which was one of the best holidays of my life! Amazing women in a beautiful part of Australia watching a stunning supermoon in clear skies. Tarnya is a phenomenal teacher, yoga at Simpson’s gap was an unforgettable experience! You will not regret attending a retreat or class at Total Wellness Co.

I started seeing Tw.co recently and have already done three sound baths! Let me tell you, This is a game changer! Total wellness has offered me a safe place and a little sanctuary, as a mum this is an essential!
The singing bowls are an all time favourite!

I recently had a lomi lomi with Tarnya. I was met with a beautiful wooden studio, that was welcoming and cozy, strung with fairy lights and smelling of beautiful oils. I had pain in my upper shoulders prior to coming here and left with no pain! Tarnya was absolutely amazing, I couldn’t recommend her more. This experience was like no other. I will be coming back here again.
