I’ve been Dr. Patrick’s patient for years, and I can’t recommend him enough. He really listens and shows genuine empathy, which makes a huge difference. He’s always quick to provide referrals when needed and makes sure to see you fast in emergencies. The young receptionist is also super kind and helpful, which adds to the great experience. I always feel well taken care of here.

My family have known Dr Patrick from day 1 when he took over his uncle clinic in Marrickville. Dr Patrick is really nice doctor I have ever meet (beside his uncle Dr Thanh Duyen Nguyen. Just found out he passed away). From day 1 I did not like that reception man. To now haven’t changed my mind about that man. Cool rude no compassion. The way he acted like he owed the clinic (maybe he does?).
This review got nothing to do with Dr Patrick. Got to do with the reception man.
So sorry have to change Dr.

Dr.Patric is good, very service oriented. Unfortunately his front end staff spoil his reputation. The reception guy who's always dressed with tie looks very professional, however his conversations with patients and there carers is pathetic. My experience today was horrible. I was with my son who is 2.5 years & down with flu. I requested the receptionist if he can help us so my son can be seen by the Dr.Patric he denied it right away saying they r over booked , next appointment is next week. To top it he was so rude & asked me to go to another GP next door or go to hospital. The mission & commitment statements on Dr.Patrics website are only for read sake they are not implemented. Check the mission statement below. Me & my wife were & again denied services many in the past & today.

I am really horrified that this person didn't even have courtesy to check with Dr. Patrick before he could deny me services.

"Walk-in medical clinic" - Re-word your mission statement . Looks like a external consultant wrote your mission statement.

On Sunday my visibly distraught 10 year old son (with an ear infection) was turned away by a very rude, emotionless reception man because they "don't take new clients". There was no once else in the clinic at the time. I then went to the Wolli Creek Medical Centre who were kind, helpful and very professional. I do not recommend visiting Nowell Medical Centre.

Hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had.
Dr Patrick genuinely cares about his patient’s wellbeing and (unlike many other docs), he never rushes you out the door.
He even remembers every family member and never fails to ask about them.
He is also super considerate , helping me locate where I need to go for further tests and even does some of the blood tests himself for his elderly patients. The fact that he practices on weekends is also a plus for people that work.

Honestly, cannot speak more highly of him.

Dr Patrick is very patient and is one of the better GPs I've been to. The medical rooms are extremely clean and well renovated for a doctor's office. The front reception were sometimes a bit abrasive but has improved their customer interaction since last visit.

They charge extra money on top of medicare card? Its like 15min service= $20+med card, 20min service= $40+med card and so on. They want this extra money in cash and provide no receipt. I have never experienced this anywhere else. When I asked the receptionist man about this, he was really rude to me and told me they need contribution.
Anyways, I had to visit this place because there are no many options in Wolli creek and I was really sick that day.
The doctor was good though. But the receptionist man was rude and impolite.

Dr Patrick is the most caring, thorough GP I have ever met, takes the time to deal with every issue you come up with and explains medical procedures in detail, so that anyone would understand it.
Can't imagine a better GP.
