Came for a weekend visit & treatments for 2 people cancelled 5 hours before scheduled,despite confirming twice by phone & email . Staff unwell & advised we can reschedule. Very disappointed.we were given vouchers & candle by the lovely staff member. We will be back & look forward to 2nd attempt.

Booked in for a brow lamination and tint. Unfortunately the hairs weren’t laminated properly and were brushed too far upwards creating a very thick brow look. The tint wasn’t left on long enough or applied in a nice shape. I do have dry skin which is why some of it sticked to my skin. Staff were friendly throughout the appointment, I just wouldn’t recommend this particular beauty service.

Had a full body relaxation massage. The massage was amazing. Ash, the therapist was excellent and service at reception polite. The waiting room was beautiful as well.

I recently had the most amazing experience at the Essenza Day Spa, and I can't wait to share my thoughts about my therapist, Ash. From the moment I arrived, Ash's warm greeting at reception set the tone for a truly relaxing visit.

After changing into a comfortable gown, Ash guided me to a tranquil sitting room with complimentary water and herbal tea, creating a serene atmosphere. She took the time to explain the products she would be using, ensuring I had no allergies. The attention to detail and care for my well-being was evident from the start.

During the massage, Ash's technique was not only professional but incredibly soothing. Her expertise extended beyond my back, neck, and shoulders, reaching down to my hips. I found myself completely immersed in relaxation, with my breathing slowing down within minutes.

The Express facial was nothing short of magical. Ash's gentle touch and the calming products used made it a truly rejuvenating experience. The added scalp massage was the perfect touch, and I was on the verge of falling asleep in pure bliss.

The experience concluded with a pedicure that I would highly recommend. Ash's skills and friendly nature made the session enjoyable and memorable. Despite any age difference, her easygoing demeanour made conversation effortless.

I can't express how grateful I am for such a fantastic spa day, all thanks to Ash's expertise and genuine care. If you're looking for a top-notch spa experience, I wholeheartedly recommend booking with Ash. I hope my glowing review doesn't make it too challenging to get an appointment with her in the future!

I had the most beautiful experience at this day spa. It was a very relaxing experience. I also purchased packages for my sister and mum and they were also very impressed with the entire experience. Highly recommend using the pool spa as an add on to the appointment it was lovely.

Just a no ? Waited 15 minutes for someone to see us, the wine was ordinary, the cheese and fruit platter didn’t arrive, the facial products smell ? They don’t do your neck and chest which is weird ? No extractions allowed ? No water in relaxing room, tea was a supermarket cheap brand. We had the spa at end no hair combes and walked out with dripping wet bathers , via reception. The massage my husband had was great. Booked 11 months in advance paid $300.00 as it was a Christmas present , extremely dissatisfied

If you are holidaying, passing through or live near the area this is a wonderful day spa to rejuvenate, relax and unwind. The staff are very well trained, welcoming, friendly, and professional. The venue is clean, modern and peaceful. I have visited at least four times while staying at the Club Mulwala accommodation and have always had excellent treatments and service. I managed to convince my hubby to come along to have a body scrub and moisturize last weekend. I explained to him that a body scrub was similar to pressure washing his truck! I peacefully spent time in the steam sauna, infrared sauna and lounge area drinking hot tea until my treatment began. Thank you from both of us to our therapist, Ashley, and all the staff for making the experience and treatment so relaxing, peaceful.

Extremely impressed by the team here! We are from Sydney and I booked my Aunt for her hair and makeup the morning of her wedding day. The ladies were sooooo wonderful, exceeded my expectations. My Aunt was treated like a queen. Pauline did her hair and communicated wonderfully about what she was doind and what she was still going to do and took on board my Aunts preferences. I have to apologise, I'm not sure the name of who did the makeup but she was an Expert. Again, took onboard my Aunts requests and obviously knew what she was doing. They went above and beyond And were VERY reasonably priced.
