We switched our Premium Villa apartment block to Dependable Strata five years ago and the move transformed ALL our lives. Dependable re-organised the chaotic Strata finances of a previous management company, and set about installing a systematic maintenance system and repair schedule for long-outstanding work. Within a few months, the block was back to pristine condition and has stayed that way ever since - and without increases in Levies beyond occasional modest CPI adjustments.
Every Member of the Team is available and approachable to resolve every issue, which is dealt with promptly and ethically with multiple quotes from the best tradespeople available. In fact we often use THEIR tradies for our own internal work because they are reliable, efficient, price conscious and they actually turn up to do the job.
We greatly appreciate the detailed reporting system with monthly summaries of our accounts, updates on expenditures, invoices and work in progress and notifications of available funds for special maintenance projects.
We are so satisfied with their performance, we have recommended other Strata Plans to shift their Management to Dependable.
In case this looks like a Dependable Promotion, I would like to advise that we had never met any of the staff or had anything to do with Dependable before they approached us to take over Management 5 years ago. Since then of course, they have become more like Family.
