Dr. Alister Ramachandran is one of the best in his field in pain management. I am glad that I got to see him for my treatment. He has lovely and soothing personality and made me feel very comfortable talking to him. He explained my medication and pain relief in a way as to understand the concept of pain management. Dr. Alister is caring and charming. I wish him all the best. God bless you.

Everything was explained clearly in a way that was easy to understand, better than any other doctor had done before. Alister wrote and drew a flowchart summary that is extremely helpful for me to follow and understand what needs to happen and how to move forward. For the first time, I felt truly heard by a specialist.

Dr Ramachandran is very easy to talk too. He listened to what I had to say. Explaining what you are having do in terms that you can understand. His medical team are very caring and make sure you are comfortable while you waiting for surgery in the opening room. I highly recommend Dr Ramachandran for life altering pain management.

Not impressed at all, booked to get Suboxone shot on a Sunday - the specialist Adam Mir didn't turned up left many people waiting ... And apparently the specialist is going away for holidays Monday ..

Not the first time with issues with him ....

Be careful who you trust with your chronic pain journey
Hope they fix this up

I have had chronic pain from my spinal area after fusion surgery and having 12 screws and 2 cables attached to my spine. My visits to PainMed resulted in a exercise regime and medication. Before this I could not walk more than 60-70 steps without resting, now I can walk 3-4 times more without resting. Absolutely brilliant and I can now chase my Grandchildren around and hear their infectious laughter. I am 75 yrs old and I can now do things that I thought were beyond me. Thank You very much PainMed.

Apart from the waiting time, the experience was good and I would recommend. My treating doctor, Dr Alister Ramachandran, was very helpful, asked alot of questions and was, in my opinion, genuinely interested in my case. Thank you doctor.

Dr Ramachandran has been looking after me for over 2 years trying to get me as pain free as possible after a very painful fusion in my back. I have the most respect for the kindness he has shown me after many procedures. I have no hesitation in recommending Dr Ramachandran and his staff, in particular Louis Chalouhi the Operations Manager.

Left in tears after after seeing Dr Ramachandran. $450 to be told to make a plan for the next 10 years and see my GP. I thought I was attending an appointment with a pain management specialist who would help me. My GP seemed to think so...imagine her surprise when she returns from leave and I inform her of the opposite. My mother even asked Dr Ramachandran if he would be prescribing some pain relief to which his reply was no her GP will. I left in absolute shock at the lack of care. I might as well of stayed at home... I went for help and advice and all I received was information about what is wrong with me which I already knew and work out a plan!!! If I had a plan I wouldn't need to see a specialist for help!
