The Doctors are fantastic, and reception staff are welcoming and helpful. My family and I have been coming here for over 8 years, and have consistently been impressed with the high level of professionalism, care, advice and treatment given. I would continue going to them even if I moved an hour away. Highly recommend

Receptionist margret is a wonderful woman she’s always been helpful and to mention great DR Peter ly is a wonderful doctor every time I come out of his room I honestly don’t fill sick anymore and his always gives me the right treatments. Keep up the great work

Came to the medical center as my 1yo had a busted lip and mouth won't stop bleeding. We were told to go elsewhere. I insisted to get checked by any available doctor. She was rude and had no interest to assist us. She handed in a form for me to fill out while shaking her head. We waited for over an hour and still not seen by a gp or nurse.
If you are working in an industry like this, you should show compassion and be accomodating to the patients. She won't have a job if you don't have patients coming to your centre. Such a bad experience for a distressed parent. The doctors here might be good with patients. Unfortunately, the receptionist makes it bad business cosidering she's been working here for a long time. No costumer service skills.

Worst receptionist I have ever come across. Going by all the other bad reviews I don’t even know how she’s still employed at this practice.

Called this morning to check if my ultrasound results came in as the dr requested I book an appointment once they have been received. Gave her all my details and she said the tests are completed. I asked again if she has received them and she repeated ‘they are completed so yes’. I took the day off work for this appointment. Upon arrival she said someone else’s name and I said no I booked the appointment for myself. Looks like she looked up another patients name when I called in the morning. She is adamant that I told her my name was someone else’s and that I requested an update with blood test results. I hadn’t even done a blood test and was asking for my ultrasound report.

She made me look like an idiot infront of all the waiting patients. She couldn’t accept that she made an error and was insinuating that I am a liar. I hope management actually follows up on these bad reviews and gets her out of this practice.

The receptionist is the main issue of this clinic. Everything else is fine but she ruins this place. The unnecessary attitude, incompetence and lack of social skills puts her on the same level as a 15 year old high school kid. Be warned. Message to the 80 year old receptionist: you're not pretty enough (at all) to act that way

I’ve personally had a great experience with this practice. Have been regularly seeing Dr Siva who’s always been thorough and throughful. Hands down one of the best GPS I’ve experienced in a while. Reception are polite and very easy going. It’s a shame GP consults aren’t bulk billed anymore but the quality and attention I get here is worth it

I have always known the receptionist as a racist and rude woman for the past 6years. Today was the worst by far. Not sure why such a great practice still put up with you. There are more humane ways of speaking to people at their most vulnerable times. Learn to leave your life’s frustration at home.

Staff are really lovely and Drs are great! Always get an appointment when I book in advance. Sometimes a bit of a wait time but doesn’t bother me.
Clean place, toilets as well. Parking on site but if none there is easy street parking.
