I’ve never had any issues when I’ve had to use their services. On several different occasions the interactions I had with the ladies at reception has always been lovely. My two most recent visits were both for ultrasounds on different days. I asked at reception if I could have a female technician and was told, of course you can that’s not a problem at all.

I was seen by Juliana, the most professional and patient person ever. I feel that any female who’s had to endure an internal probe, would understand the level of anxiousness, discomfort and quite often embarrassment that comes with it.

Juliana’s professional approach helped me to relax just a little, as I still felt vulnerable and uncomfortable laying there. She explained in detail everything that was happening during the procedure.

I know there’s a significant wait if you don’t have an appointment, so it may be best to call and check first unless you’re happy to wait.

Completely useless, general advice dont get ur medical stuff done in mt druitt region in general.
Booked an appt for a referral i got from the gp. The specialist also gave me another referral on the same day for a different area. I called and made the appt asking specifically if both could be done together, i was told thats not a problem and i am all booked in. Then of course when i get to my appointment Im told that i can't do both as they are from different doctor. Not only does this extend the time between diagnosis and treatment, just a general waste of time taking time off work to make the appointments, travel etc.
Summer in particular had attitude in her response when I conveyed the fact that i had called and asked specifically if this could be done, cold shouldered and wasnt having any of it, nor any attempt for a resolution. I had to ask for a another appointment myself.

I arrived, got in early and quick. Ended up getting in 20 min earlier than my appointment time. Girls were really nice at the reception. The lady conducting my ultrasound was gentle and polite. I am very impressed! I didn’t expect such great service. I will definitely recommend and return. Thanks for a great experience for my first pregnancy.

So impressed with this service! I went in at 9am with no appointment booked for an ultrasound but was still seen within 30minutes. Very efficient and friendly staff, highly recommend.

Rad tech mammogram Cynthia and who done my ultrasound ( don't remember her name? ) Chinese girl both of e'm were very caring, so as the friendly receptionist blonde lady in glasses don't remember her name as well. Thank you very much,,, amazing team...

Got my 12 week ultrasound done at the centre. The radiologist named Michael was very rude and did not make us feel comfortable in the first place. Found out there was no heartbeat, however, this was not the issue but the lack of compassion of the radiologist made the news worse. He seemed rushed and did not want to make sure we were satisfied especially after receiving this news. He couldve also done a vaginal ultrasound to make sure we were assured about it but he rushed the whole experience and told us to wait outside. He couldve given us a few minutes inside the room to take in the news.
