Horrible. The staff at the counter are great and good to talk to but the therapist i spoke to over the course of a couple months, provided no help, and didn't even try understanding all she did was tell me things like, 'you should go out more'. But not providing any help on how to do that with my problems. Stupid

I really don't like giving low reviews... But, I didn't appreciate how they treated me, especially in my worst times.
People's feelings are real and I felt invalidated in my experience... I needed support the most in my lowest times. Maybe they didn't know what they did wrong. I saw the reviews. Please do better to help these people in need.

Hit or miss

You can get a very good therapist or someone who won't help

My experience was a very positive one at least and it did benefit me

The staff were nice and very polite

My only complaint is putting lgbt banners everywhere for such a small minority of people who are actually lgbt. It makes a rational man sick and feel left out.

Other than that its a 50/50 shot in getting the help you need. Thats all i can say.
