Pathetic is still kind word for the type of services they give. Never on time, punctuality is word which is not in there dictionary z

Don’t plan your day if you are coming to this clinic specially with kids. This is my second time and they make us wait for 2 hours.

Sorry to say but have seen and experienced Poor management.

Too much waiting time, they have to give us exact time for appointment it always took one hour for waiting outside for our turn. Our appointment was on 6:50pm. We were able to see the doc at around 8pm.

My doctor was horrible, he was smiling when I told him my problems & He laughed at me when I told him I want to operate & do surgery

I visioned myself snapping his neck like a popsicle stick !!!

I will not be going back to that doctor, Thet toe maung from Gungahlin medical & surgical centre

I wanted a doctor that is willing to fix my problem instead of putting a bandaid over it

I want a doctor that actually cares about there patients

You won’t find that doctor here !!!

The receptionist is not responsive.
she is not even speaking louder and totally uninterested to be at work! Management should look into hiring experienced receptionists who can provide customer service.

If you are on a tight schedule, this is not the best place to visit. Our appointment was on 4:40 pm. We were able to see the doc at around 6 pm.

Ventilation and air conditioning is not up to the mark. It was extremely hot.

Although the service mention in their website, they bulki bill children, they do not.

Dr Abdul Rahman diagnosed my disease in a quick time and referred to the right expertise. He called me on Saturday morning and asked me to go to his chamber (his non working day) so my treatment can start asap. He is a caring person and highly professional.

My dad went to the centre on Sunday 11 June 2023. He's glowing about the superb service he received. Very friendly and courteous. Good to know there are medical centres who does not treat people as an appointment data. Maltiti

I split firewoods without wearing protective glasses. Unfortunately I got an foreign object in my eye and couldn’t get it out myself, and my eye kept tearing. I called them in the morning and they took care of me in the same day. Dr Maung took the object out straight away. I feel much better now!
