This therapist came recommended by Cigna as specializing in maternal therapy and accepting new patients. They don't have a therapist for me, but that is not my complaint...
They make you fill out an exorbitant amount of paperwork to even be considered for an appointment. There's a 120 question survey about your issues, and they prompt you all along the way that the more precisely you fill it out, the more likely you are to get an appointment. I am a trauma survivor, and this paperwork to me 2 hours. I cried practically the whole time as the instructions state you will not be taken seriously without great detail. They will doubt your commitment to the process. I stated specifically that I needed a female therapist, due to my maternal trauma, and was offered an appointment with a male therapist, or nothing.
Do not have patients open up their trauma wound to you without offering aftercare. Like, how dare you You need to change your intake process to be safer, emotionally, for your patients. The process was extremely invasive. I feel victimized again.

Listen, If I could give Wellness Solutions, LLC a thousand stars, I would. The amount of professionalism, client care (it’s amazing to have a therapist who ACTUALLY cares), and knowledge and understanding is incredible. Dani continually educates herself in her field, bringing the BEST practices to her clients, always going above and beyond. Having been a patient/client of hers for over 10 years, it’s safe to say she’s saved my life and changed it for the better. She’s genuine, and will also give you tough love when you need it – in my opinion, the perfect combination. Also realize that when you submit her intake forms to READ CAREFULLY. The forms are long, but it’s to make sure she’s giving YOU the best care. In summation, you will NOT find a harder working therapist who strives to help. I can’t recommend her and Wellness Solutions enough. Stop looking, you’ve found the best of the best.
