These people here are scammers a pharmacy name Marianna charged just for a signature to verify true copy of 1 page of passport, that is Normally free for Jp to sign, this is just rip off charging for something that is just a signature,!!! This store should be closed? this should be negative star

They don't deserve the title of pharmacist, the maximum role they can play is the role of cashier at Woolworths, Coles, or Aldi. As today I went to the GP for prescription and he was closed and I already recovered from flu, so I went to Cincotta and asked he for ,(betahistine 16mg) the regular medicine that I buy it every week for my dad and I told her that I don't have prescription as the GP was closed. And I explained that I will bring the prescription Asap. She refused as the legislations doesn't allow her to sell medicines without prescription, I understand that if I am a new customer but in my situation more than 1 year customer this unjustified. In conclusion, this is a poor system in general and poor pharmacist's performance.

No customer service. Everyone needs to be trained. Staff walking around aimlessly they could at least greet staff or smile as they walk into the store. Pharmacist needs to smile and at least act like he enjoys his job especially an important role of distributing medication. It’s not a good look. Otherwise I like the new set out of the store - very spacious and clean. Clinical but the staff need to make it feel more homely especially when your customers are generally there because they are unwell.

Great discount Chemist in the heart of Mount Druitt Westfield, large space, easy to find what your looking for as looking for. And if you cannot the staff are really helpful and will get it for you. They also have a loyalty program, which I had signed up to when they opened and today was able to save $5.00 on my shopping. DID I SAY, they also have a litre bottle of hand sanitiser...………..winner winner when no one else in Mt Druitt has it.
