Dr Van Vu is great! He Knows what he is doing very well and can communicate complex issues with simplicity to help understand and gain extra knowledge about any issue.
He is recommended by my whole family ?
To be honest though the other doctors are great as well ?just don't go to them very often at all.

Been going to Drs Howard and Van for over 20 years. They are caring receptive and understanding. Their new premises look good but it's the medical care, compassion and understanding we go to. We drive from a different part of Sydney to see them and it's worth it. Awesome Drs. Awesome human beings

My family and I have been patients of Mount Annan Medical Centre since 2006 . The doctors and staff there are very professional and friendly. The doctors have excellent knowledge and are very up to date. They are always willing to assist with your enquiries no matter how long it takes, especially Dr. Mai. She is amazing and have been taking great care of me during all these times with all my medical issues. Thank you so much Dr. Mai. I highly recommended Mount Annan Medical Centre to anyone, any day 🙂

Went to see Dr Mai today to get my usual prescriptions for blood pressure and oesteoarthritis, she was rude and not nice, basically yelled at me for asking for a Panadeine forte medication, last time i got a Panadeine forte was in July, the reason for this prescription is for the chronic pain i get for back problems with bulging disc, I am never going to see her again. Was a really bad experience, not happy, being in pain is bad enough and the last thing you need is a doctor that yells at you.

Check the feedback i sent via email, you will know who i am. I had appointment with her yesterday ie Tuesday 24th of Nov @ 12:30.

Great to see a doctor.. the immunisation nurse however for babies is a little rough. Holds the needle like a dagger and jabs with a bit of force.
Not sure if this is normal. Past doctors have used the pen holding technique with a gentle squeeze.

Our family has been going to this practice for 18 years and we always trust the doctors there, especially Dr Mai. She is amazing, very thorough and knowledgable. Highly recommend this practice.

The receptionist gave me very high hopes and she's the only reason I'm giving more than 1 star. However, the doctor I saw seemed like he'd just woken up and the nurse was very reluctant to help me with it being 10 minutes before her home time. Sorry to have inconvenienced you both.
