I had an iron infusion here. Melinda was extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. She got the needle into my arm on the first go (sometimes it’s hard to find a vein in me). The clinic is relaxing with comfy chairs, blankets, water, magazines etc. We had a nice chat too. Much nicer than a busy GP clinic. The initial appointment was easy to book over the phone with James, and Belinda was very professional in my initial appointment before the infusion. Thank you so much for your great service! I will be back. I am already feeling less tired today ?

So incredibly happy with their service and Belinda was amazing! Doctors and nurses typically struggle to find my veins for blood tests but Belinda managed it on the first attempt for my iron infusion with no poking or prodding around. We also had great chats and it was a nice experience all round (especially for someone who doesn’t like needles). Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend Highgate Health enough for iron transfusions. I am a repeat customer and absolutely love the atmosphere, service and comfort of being in a clinic without it feeling like a clinic. Comfy chairs, mood lighting, cushions, foot stool, blankets and Teddy Swims playing in the background.. even a bottle of water (your choice of sparkling or still). It’s an experience. Who knew treating anaemia could be so aesthetic? ♥️♥️♥️

Belinda greeted us on arrival and after ushering us into a treatment room went about explaining the procedure in detail and expertly answering any questions we had which alleviated any concerns my wife had about the procedure and any after effects. What can I say except this was the best level of urgent care that we could get. My daughter experienced a severe anaphylactic event and Belinda at Highgate Health very calmly started treating her. She saved her. When the ambulance came and took her to the hospital, they didn't need to do much but monitor as Belinda took care of everything. She followed up to check on her then sent the TGA adverse events report she lodged for completion of care. Honestly the best of care. I wish my daughter didn't go through it but I am so glad she was there when it happened. Thank you to everyone at Highgate Health for this level of care.

Belinda is a Knowledgeable and friendly nurse practitioner and the clinic is clean and comfortable. My daughter had an iron infusion in a comfy armchair with music playing; much better than a sterile medical clinic.
