Very thorough consultation.
Dr Danish Khan is an excellent professional, a good listener, empathetic, knowledgeable and a very genuine and kind Doctor. He put me at ease and allowed me to describe my circumstances in detail. I am impressed by this Medical Centre and would recommend it to those needing support with their health issues.

The receptionists are also attentive, kind and patient.

A definitive 5/5 for this Bulk Billing Medical Centre.

Fantastic doctors surgery with bulk billing attached! The admin staff, Doctors & Nurses are all lovely and extremely professional. The surgery itself is extremely clean, with many medical facilities available on-site. As new patients my husband and I were made to feel very welcome and the wait to see the Doctor wasn't a ridiculous 5hour+ ordeal, like some other surgeries around. Definitely recommend this surgery, even if you need to travel a ways to get there. 5 stars!

Really conflicting review to write as all the doctors I've had are amazing and it was just 1 visit that ruined my experience, dropping my rating from 5 stars to 3 stars.

Had to wait an hour for my app with one of the nurse practitioner, Ferdous, and I was running late to get back to work, so I had no choice but to cancel, and still had to pay for it. It was a really frustrating experience because I was witnessing her trying to find her patient that went missing twice. So while i was waiting for my app with her, I had to painfully watch her look around for her patient.

Lovely receptionists, wait time was minimal.
The surgery is clean the Dr was very informed and interested. It’s great that they have other services on or around their premises.

Have been seeing Dr Cross for a couple years now and she has always been amazing!

The nurses on the other hand. If youre a breastfeeding mum, please don't take advice from theses nurses. The nurse with colour in her hair jumped immediately to toping up with formula when she wasnt happy with my bubs weight. Thats before suggesting to increase feeds, or see a lactation consultant, or to top up with your own pumped breastmilk. Its outdated information, it does sound like they are needing more training in that area.

Was going to another medical centre in the area when someone recommended me this medical centre - from my first visit they’ve been great! All of the drs I’ve gone to so far have been friendly, seem to care about the level of detail and support they provide you, and remember you between appointments. Definitely does not feel like you’re just a number in and out at this centre. My 3 year old now pretends to be Dr Lauren Cross when she plays with her Drs set when previously she was terrified of going to the doctor. The level of compassion, care and meticulousness shown by all drs I’ve seen, but Dr Lauren in particular, has been an absolute breath of fresh air!

My experience with Moorebank Family Medical Practice is a bulk-billed company. Amazing services that they give to the people that wants to see the doctors is very professional, and attentive they attend to the outmost professionalism to everyone's needs when they come into there appointments as well as those that just walks in and wants to see a doctor. From the receptionists to the nurses, pathology, and to the doctors are wonderful people.
