Had to have a scan done. The staff in the scan area are nice and good to deal with but there are just some unfriendly staff at reception. Their customer skills need to be improved. I asked one girl a question and got a reply, I was on my lunch break so I don't know, all with attitude. Once I finished the scan they told me to sit back at reception. No information why. Finally one lady told me what was happening. The scan area is a bit of mess with people getting needles injected in front of others. There were no spare cubicles so just placed on a seat in the hallway and then in front of other patients. I had a cannula inserted. No real privacy for patients and the halls were full of hospital spare beds and equipment the area looked like a total mess, staff walking past on their phones and grabbing food. The scan operators are in an open area so you can see what they are doing. The experience comes across as real casual and lazy and does not appear professional at all. Also had to wait an hour to get films so all up nearly 2 hours in total for a CT scan.

The stuff at Lumus was brilliant. Dr Bryant not so. He was doing an injection in my disc. To my :"good morning doctor" was no answer. I had a bad feeling then and there. Injection was unsuccessful as it wasnt given in the right spot, it felt like a flu jab, no numbmess of the leg (as expected). Had it done again with a different doc - torally different experience of the injection and the whole procedure. Zero stars to dr Bryant

The staff were very attentive. My appointment was on time and the staff explained everything that was going to happen while having my CT scan.I had the run abit while trying to get an appointment but they were able to accomodate my needs.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of people lining up for scanning, but there were no long queues as the reception staff kept things moving quickly, with no delays whatsoever. And pretty much on time with patients' appts. I was very happy with the service.

Immaculate premises, knowledgeable friendly staff. Drs and nurses were great with Anya worthy of special mention. A very efficient process. Would thoroughly recommend.
