From our first visit, Leanne patiently provided us with all the information we needed. She is very gentle and her care towards my wife and baby is excellent.
Natalie's presence is indeed invaluable. She is very happy and passionate about her work. Her positive energy is glowing and radiant! We are always at ease when seeing her. She puts her own needs behind just to attend to ours. I knew for sure that one day, she got a phone call from childcare telling her that her son has hurt himself and she needs to go pick up her son urgently, but instead she stayed back for our appointment. We felt bad but at the same time extremely grateful for what she did. She really went above and beyond.
