I had a medical emergency on the day of my scheduled appointment one month ago. The Lifestance office in Edmond on Covell bent over backwards to get me rescheduled for two weeks later. On that day - my provider was the one with medical emergency - again they not only rescheduled but they set me up for telehealth. In short, they have worked super hard to take care of me. Bravo!

My daughter sees two people in this office and her favorite is when she gets to see Dr. Thompson and her nurse, Jeremy! She gets so excited when she gets to go back and talk to Jeremy and color pictures for him! He is just a ray of sunshine and genuinely cares about her and our family. You can tell how much he loves working with children! And Dr. Thompson is amazing and really helps my daughter find her voice. I highly recommend seeing her if you need someone for your child. It can be very stressful when your child is going through something, but they will be in great hands with Dr. Thompson and Jeremy!

On hold way too long (probably 15 min). Then was told I needed to cancel appt 48 hours in advance or I would have to pay a fee. I was calling 30 hours in advance. It has always been 24 hrs for other doctors.

It's always a pleasant visit with Angela, she listens to you and then gives advice and different ways of handling situations that arise. I always feel comfortable talking with her about issues whether they're good or bad. In my short time seeing her, I have felt a difference in my life applying the things she's suggested.
