So I had a bad tooth which was hurting 10 out of 10 pain and infected gums and went to see a doctor there and. Told her about that I've been taking panidol and ibuprofen and said it didn't work amd I haven't been sleeping cause the pain is so bad and she didn't listen one bit just told me to take Panadol and Nurofen I was so shocked to see how un professional that doctor was ill never go back there again the only reason people go to a doctor is for help and she didn't give me any help

Rang the center after Chemist informed me that one of my prescriptions was finished, ask if I could get new. Called the center as I was travelling interstate at the end of the week for 6 six weeks and ask if a doctor could organise the prescription over the phone. Answer NO. Had to go into the center and needed to wait 8 days. This is about the almighty $$$$ not about the customer. Time to find a new medical center I think.

I got a piece of jetty in my foot while holidaying and the medical centre got me in almost immediately. The nurses were thorough and absolutely SO LOVELY. Instead of the injury ruining my day, going here made it. Thank you so much ?

Always had great care & support for our family. It is a busy centre due to a rapidly expanding area, so best to book in advance. But staff have always been friendly & helpful.

I've been a patient of Milton medical center for years now and have always find them a professional and caring practice. Sure, during the "walk in & wait" period if you didn't arrive early or right at opening time, you could be in for a wait and if your doctor is called away to a medical emergency there may be an unexpected delay. However, now the practice is back on an appointment schedule the waiting time is not long if there is one.

I've always received very good health care from capable and caring doctors and I'll continue attending this practice.

Long waiting time 1 hour plus. Only have one doctor who is fully booked anytime you ring. No one else can seem to do a basic weigh and measure of a 6 month old and ask a series of development questions that are set out in the blue book. I constantly have to make appointments 2-3 weeks in advanced for a baby check up. Very rude staff on the phone because of lack of reception in the area.

I’ve never been treated so badly by a doctor waited for a report for 9 weeks still none so had to find another GP. Thank goodness I have found some one who cares for the patients and listens to. Never going back again. Just hope I never get one of those doctors at the hospital if I ever have to use it. New GP did report straight away don’t know why the other doctor just couldn’t do the same. Even tried to complain that didn’t go far. So rang health commissioner. They want a report off me glad someone cares for our health. And one of those receptionist needs to learn how to smile ?
