MCB is a great place to earn some money while doing clinical research studies! The staff are super sweet and try to work around your schedule to set up your appointments. They're very patient-centered and will always put your health over the study; they even offer follow ups afterwards to make sure you're alright. Great group of people, couldn't recommend the place more especially if you're looking for extra cash and don't want to donate plasma.

Keep in mind most people wouldn't leave a review since their experience here is for research concerning medical conditions. That said, I would not recommend participating in any study which requires you to stop critical prescribed meds you are on.

I praticipated in a study where I had to go off a med and switch to another. The admin person coordinating was a disaster. She has me stop my meds and then called 2 days latter to have me go back on my old meds because she made a mistake. She put my health greatly in jeopardy. She also forced me to falsely a form that was part of a research study, marking that I signed it a week earlier than I actually did.

The doctor was super nice but in the end took no responsibility for her actions. He also promised to be available for questions but never provided a way to contact him.

Makes you wonder how good medical research really is.

Very pleasant staff and organized in what they're doing (informative on processes, expectations, etc.) I thoroughly enjoyed my experience despite not being able to ultimately meet the criteria for my specific study.
