I had to telephone for repeat scripts today as I know appointments are very hard to get. After speaking to the Doctor I was put on hold for the Receptionist to speak to me - it didn't happen an hour later I was contacted and told that I had to pay $65 before the scripts would be done. It is not my fault that appointments are so difficult to get and thought this was an easy option for the Surgery - now been told by the Pharmacy that my scripts are not there and will be picked up in a few days. I have been with this practice for nearly thirteen and was always very happy but am changing my mind. My Pharmacy just phoned to say scripts will be ready soon after THEY followed the matter up.

It's suppose to be walk in, but if your a new patient you have to make an appointment, absolutely ridiculous, wouldn't recommend this practise to anyone.

Being unable to get an appointment for basic script repeats is not acceptable. We cannot wait for over 2 weeks before refilling essential medications. Perhaps if GPs didn't encourage regular appointments without needs based issues, this wouldn't happen.

The front desk staff here are arrogant and dismissive, barely look at you while firing questions through their mask. I was then kept waiting for 40 minutes before leaving… never to return. There are other medical clinics in the Echuca Moama area, all will provide a more professional service than this one.

Recently was declared a high risk pregnancy so got a referral for Shepparton hospital. My doctor couldn't even send it to the right fax number. I had to find out myself by ringing Shep hospital. When I finally found the right place and got the right fax number, Echuca family medical sounded annoyed that I rang them to tell them they had the wrong fax number and asked them to fax it for a 4th time! I have 2 weeks till my due date and im currently not booked into a hospital and have no doctor!

People who have examptions for medical reasons do not need to show them. Then getting told to wait in a different area for not being able to wear their masks keeping in mind they want 50c each mask! What makes no sense is you have to walk back through the clinic were people are sitting to your doctors room! They don't deserve 1 star!!

It has been 5 years since was last at this Medical Practice.
Just wasted a good portion of the morning without getting the simple tests conducted. Now going elsewhere. Can now understand why haven't back for so long
