This is a great family friendly gym. They offer cardio, weights, Crossfit, Kids Crossfit, bootcamp and personal training, so all training styles and needs are catered for. The owners are very helpful, friendly and attentive and the other patrons are friendly and don't hog the machines or make you feel uncomfortable, which I have experienced in other gyms. There is a real sense of teamwork here and you can see that the atmosphere is conducive to goal setting and celebrating success. I highly recommend this gym if you want a personal experience. Personally I find the local 24 hour gyms have no soul or personality. This place definitely does!
