Very disappointed with my visit. I was sent from another location to this one. I was ready for my lab work and my urine collection. I do understand with this process there’s a wait with the check in. Chaquita was the girl who assisted me and was unprofessional with her behavior and demeanor. She kept on Sighing and bothered with my check in visit. I simply asked her if everything was okay and she answered abruptly about how her computer was slow and she is doing multiple things at once and she’s not just sitting there doing nothing . To me her comment was unnecessary. She thought I was rushing her with everything which is NOT the case and blaming me for it. Overall my visit was sadly unpleasant.

Shaquinta was the bomb dot com she called the VA for me to get the authorization number I needed and was polite, kind, and wonderful! The Hispanic woman at UNLV location on Charleston was rude and unwilling to help! If my doctor orders more labs I'm going to see Shaquinta, who is the very essence of customer service and kindness!
I'm a retired Concierge from the Bellagio and Venetian. A former Delta Airlines flight attendant, I opened the Wynn resort in 2005. I know GREAT customer service when I get it (Shaquinta), and when I don't (UNLV) location on Charleston!

That was my favorite place ,but lately there is an afro american woman totally incompetent and apparently she doesn't know how to do her job.I wasted 45 minutes to be served.She lose her time talking a lot by phone and patients.

This is a new location, so not many people are familiar with it yet, which is great because there is a very short wait!

I was help by Katia today. She was extremely professional and efficient. From when I walked in the door, I was back in my car in less than 10 minutes, and this was at 9am on a Tuesday, a time when most labs will have an hour or longer wait.

Everything was spotless and seemed brand new. This will now be my preferred location.

Best time to go is at 7:00 when they open. I was in and out in 20 minutes for blood and urine. Donna was such a caring soul as well! Highly suggest this spot!

The place was good but the only problem is they got the girl checking in the people and drawing the blood stupied so things get backed up so you have to wait not good service practice hire someone
