Lg parking lot, well lit at night. Adequate size spaces,with ADA spaces in front. Lg clean lobby, 2 elevators. Waiting area is sm,but comfortable chairs are available. Restroom is nearby on same floor. Desk Attendant pleasant & informative, as are case workers. Dr. Griffin is so nice & puts you at ease right away, Eplaining process prior to proceeding. Answers any questions you may have. The payment system ( if you qualify for study) is a simple & trustworthy credit card system. I've used it several times over several years with no issues.
* Worth the time it takes to get qualified, & helps advance science & medicine in giant ways, as well as being able to help other people in their disease process!

I am part of one of the vaccine trials for COVID. I am disappointed with the customer service I have received when I have contact Lynn Inst during the study. They made it clear if you get sick to call right away and you will be seen and evaluated. I called when I was sick and my contact person appeared to wait to call me back until 30 min before they closed so I could not be seen that day. No follow up call to see how I am. She gave me all the options I had instead of coming in.
Earlier in the study I was sick after my second shot and wanted to talk to my contact person just to make sure everything was good and she acted like I was bothering her. I just wanted to tell her my symptoms to make sure I did not need to be seen. Very disappointed with my contact person.

I have been trying for over a week to get a response to my phone messages. This is the third clinical trial in which I have participated and never had a problem before. Cannot provide daily information required for this study and no one responds

I would not EVERRR recommend the rheumatologist department in this institute. You wait HOURS to see the doctor after waiting months to get an appointment for him to say in the 10 minutes you might actually get to speak with for him for him just to say sorry I've used up all time with i have to go see another patient. I wouldn't give them half a star if it were optional.
