I had to attend for a CT scan and Adam was friendly and very good at his job. Receptionists were lovely and there was no wait time.

Horrible experience. I had a pelvic ultrasound booked here and left crying and now have a uti. The lady that did my ultrasound didn’t have much empathy and I felt like she shouldn’t be working with people who in the medical field….
I never got her name but she has an American accent.

To be honest my experience here was really unpleasant, I booked for a dating scan and the American lady (who didn’t even introduce herself) said she was unable to do the scan because I was too far gone in the pregnancy. I explained to her how I told the receptionist on the phone when booking the appointment and she said it was completely fine at 13 weeks. I just wish they told me this before coming to the appointment with my husband who booked time off work. I asked her would it be okay to quickly check to see if everything was okay with the baby but she refused and was very short with me. She also asked my husband to stand outside which I also felt very uncomfortable with. The whole experience was very unpleasant and unprofessional and lacked in any customer service. I would recommend to MED Miranda they are much much better there.

Strongly recommend. My doctor booked me in for a CT scan as an urgent request and I got fitted in on the same day. I was extremely nervous as I've never had a CT scan before let alone I don't like cannulas! But the lovely lady I had was amazing and was so good putting the cannula in, I couldn't feel it at all. She also settled my nerves by guiding me through everything. I wish I knew her name! Reception staff are lovely as well.

Staff at the clinic were great however very unimpressed with the radiologist who misdiagnosed even after being asked to review the CT, still received an incorrect diagnosis. After seeing a specialist it was noted I had 3 fractures that were missed by the radiologist. Pretty disappointing!

I am writing this review on behalf of my Grandmother, Diane, as she is not good with computers. Diane has been attending this practice for the past 10 years and has always found the staff to be friendly and efficient. She attended the practice on Tuesday for a knee x-ray and was attended to quickly, even though she did not have an appointment. The gentleman who looked after her Ian, was friendly, kind and helpful to her. The staff are the same people now as I-Med as when they were Southern Radiology. She will continue to attend I-Med at Menai with confidence.

Wasn’t easy to find. Thank god there was a Google picture of the post office. The radiographer that was there on Monday morning is super-friendly and efficient. Hope you guys let him know he is awesome. Easy online booking process, easy parking. I booked first thing in the morning so I was called in straight away and finished on time.
