I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Lana as my GP. She consistently goes above and beyond for her patients. Whenever I have an urgent issue, she always finds a way to squeeze me in between appointments, ensuring I receive the care I need as soon as possible.
She takes the time to personally call me with updates on my scans and blood work results, which makes me feel valued and cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such warmth and compassion. I truly appreciate everything she does, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dedicated and attentive doctor!

Menai Medical Centre is a great practice that I have been attending for over 20 years. Dr Chan and his team are always professional and thorough making sure they provide the best care for your needs at the time. Trust is important when it comes to your health I completely trust Dr Chan and the Doctors at this practice for my health and my families health. Special thanks to Dr Rosanne Arentz, whom insisted on further investigation with a health issue I was experiencing. As a result we were able to find the cause and treatment was given. Much to my relief. Dr Arentz is extremely helpful and understanding, a Doctor I would recommend 100% that goes for all the Doctors at this practice. Thank you Dr Chan for the years of service you’ve provided our community.

My new local GP. Very happy with this centre. They have bulk billing, and when I can't see my preferred Doctor (Dr Rosanne), they have other's that are just as good. So far I've never had to wait long and often get in early. Also Dr Rosanne, takes everything I say seriously and has been amazingly helpful. I actually go to the GP now.

I have only ever had a positive experience here. Especially recently when I presented to Dr Roseanne Arentz with a sore throat. She immediately set into action an ultra-sound, then biopsy, which made it clear I had stage 6 thyroid cancer. The next day she made an appointment for me to see an amazing surgeon who had removed it in less than a week after that. Each time a result came back Dr Rose rang me or called me in to work on the next plan of action. She would not give up until she was happy with the treatment I was receiving. I am forever grateful to her. She has saved my life. This is not the first time she followed up treatment for me. She has always been proactive and is very good at making sure myself and her other patients are well looked after. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

This is my local GP. The doctors have always been kind and understanding. They take my issues seriously and have advocated for me with other services and medical professionals. My main GP is Dr Roseanne Arnetz, and she has gone above and beyond for me and has helped treat and manage my chronic issues.

I have been going to the Medical Centre for over 5 years. I initially had Dr Chan as a GP and now I have Dr Rose Arentz.
Both doctors have been fantastic. Both are extremely kind, knowledgeable and experienced - nothing is ever too much trouble. The same goes for the Clinic staff....always friendly ,kind and super efficient.
Over the last year in particular, Dr Rose has been a Godsend and helped me hugely. I could not rate you and your Team higher. Thank You - Michael Kane.

I have followed Dr. Rose Arentz from another medical centre. She is a wonderful GP with a wealth of knowledge. She makes every visit comfortable and pleasant and always follows through with any additional paperwork requirements. Actively listens to all my concerns and provides empathy. Highly recommend Dr Rose.

Have had enormous support and care for myself and my family over the past 12 years.
New owner now and most staff have sadly moved on.
Good doctors generally but former Dr Chan has the worst bedside manner and recently was incredibly rude and blunt in his opinion of medication my child had been prescribed by another Dr from the practice. If my child had not been so sick I would have gotten up and walked out.
Will never ever see Dr Augustine Chan again.
