Front the front desk the receptionists, to the nurses and doctors, TOP NOTCH! Very friendly and welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. Truly have been super helpful with a condition with my nose, I was feeling hopeless, especially after being treated by my PCP, and to no avail. After just a few days my condition is so much better and on the road to full recovery.

We were so impressed with Dr. Weenas and her staff. I went in with my teenage daughter to address a chronic issue with fluid in her ear. I expected this to be the first of several visits to address the issue, but was able to get a CT and ear tube placed before we left the office. Everything went great and was so nice to solve the problem on one visit.

The staff are wonderful as well as Dr Wenaas!! I called the office and they were able to get me in that morning!!! I was prescribed antibiotics and ointment for a infection in my nose. I will be using this office for all of my ear, nose, and throat problems! Can't wait to get in for my audiology appt!! I'd give them 10 Stars if I could!

It was my first time to come see Dr. Wenaas. She was very welcoming a thorough. I went in to have my ears irrigated, and they were free and clear..so she said let’s have a look at your nose since that has a lot to do with your sinus and give you problems. She looked at my nose and found I had a sinus infection so she treated me for it!!

The doctors and nurses are nice, however if you have an appointment be prepared to spend your morning there. I had an 8:30AM appointment, arrived around 8:20AM. The nurse didn’t come get me until 9:30AM and then the doctor came in a few minutes after 10AM.

The office staff is very friendly, quick and well organized. I am always in and out fairly quick. The doctor explained everything very clearly and was very open and patience to answering all of my questions.

1st visit: Receptionist very helpful in getting new patient's information online. No long wait, seen on schedule. Doctors, and assistants, all very nice, and courteous.
Office clean and cheerful; a bowl of mini peanut butter cups & lollipops did not go unnoticed.
No parking issues.

2nd visit: We arrived about 10 minutes early, for a 9:15 appt, and had to wait over an hour before we were seen.
