Aimee’s offering takes you on a journey! Really brought me back into my body and brought up untapped emotions. I can really see how this is an important healing modality! And it’s accessible to literally everyone!

Aimee is always so present and supportive. She holds the space beautifully and I feel really safe when she facilitates our sessions. The music she plays during the session is also beautiful and transports you! Clearly knows what she’s doing!

A little review box can’t adequately express how wonderful Aimee is as a breathwork practitioner and how incredible sessions with her are.

I went from a bit of a sceptic about breathwork to making sessions with Aimee a priority in my week and cannot recommend her enough. Whether you feel like you need to go for a specific reason or just simply to hold a little space for yourself in your routine you must go!
