I provided details and photos of the on-going swelling I have been experiencing in the right masseter region for the past 13 years and when I attended my appointment today I was told by Dr. Helen Mackie that although it feels like there may be fluid in the area she has seen worse cases and advised against me having the lymph mapping scan saying she is not confident it will show anything. The photos clearly displayed the extent of the swelling so not sure why they still asked me to attend if it was not considered a severe case? I guess Dr. Mackie has no conscience and is happy to take your money knowing she can not offer treatment. I actually found her to be quite disrespectful as she seemed to be amused that my condition has impacted my mental health as she made a few inappropriate comments during the consultation.

Had an appointment and consulation with this clinic and now they are not allowing me to have access to a lymphography video which was done and this is my video. I would not go back again. At the time I was promised I could have this by Dr Helen Mackie. I needed more of these images for another appointment I have.
