If u could rate this 0 stars I would. I booked on a specific day to see a doctor. I even took the day off work to see her as it was urgent and I needed my results. Upon getting to the centre they said the doctor wasn’t there and had gone home for the day. Another doctor of Asian background had seen me. She was so rude. She first said that she didn’t know me well enough to provide advice and the next minute she was willing to prescribe me medication that is quite serious and would be detrimental to my health. Horrible experience

My family have been using this Centre since it opened. We started off using it for emergency appointments but have since made it our preferred practice. We have always been impressed with the level of service and care that we receive. Dr Bilal and Dr Fatemeh are amazing at what they do. The Practice Manager is outstanding and has the most welcoming, friendly and reassuring presence. She is exemplary in her role and knows the patients by name. She knows just what to say at just the right times.

Yes, wait times are unpredictable, but so is health care. I understand it can be inconvenient at times but I imagine it would be impossible for the hard working receptionists to predict delays. I prefer to focus on the excellent health care I get once I have my appointment. I know any delays are not intentional, the Doctor is delayed because he is taking the time needed to provide a high level of care for each patient.

I cannot recommend this practice more highly.

BE AWARE! Lacks duty of care for patients - medical centre refused to see sick newborn even with prior appointment booked the day before when attended the clinic was told they couldn’t see him because he was a newborn. Absolutely disgusting practice from a health care facility - receptionist was new and seem to have no idea what she was doing and was rude! I have been taking our family to this center for over 2 years now.
All experiences we have had have been outstanding. I have never felt that any doctor we have seen has rushed us through in any way. They have always taken the time to listen and discuss health options with us.
Dr Karime has been amazing with our son who recently had a surgery done. His after GP care has been faultless and the clinic nurse is very kind and professional. The front desk staff are polite and helpful.
We always try and make an appointment online however there are times we have just attended the surgery and have never waited more than 30 mins to see a doctor.

Would give no stars and a good kick if I could
The "Doctor" here was rude and horrible the moment we walked in the door, Bilal Karime was impatient and quick to throw my family out of his office before listening to a thing my disabled son was trying to say. My son was struggling for his words and THIS DOCTOR quite literally told him to shut up by saying he'd just brush my son off if he kept talking. First and Last time I'll ever come here and from what he said himself, he's got legal troubles. That alone makes me question his ability as a doctor. After how he treated me, let alone my son, I'm done with this place.

First time I went there i was waiting 2 hours, second time I went there I was waiting an hour and a half and having people that came in after me go in before me. I asked about my appointment and the pretty rude receptionist just said I had to wait and I should only be 1 or 2 people till my turn, then I explained to her that my appointment was almost 2 hours ago and people coming in for a later appointment we’re going in before me. They are terrible with appointment times (yes I know doctors can run late..) but this happening more than one time? And to multiple people? Come on..

Let me precursor this by saying Dr Karime is brilliant. So brilliant be genuinely deserves a practise that has a better grasp of the concept of appointments. As I sit here I have been waiting for my 10 appointment for half an house with a child that has been breaking a fever for two days as have I. I did everything expected of me, got a PCR test, showed the message, asked to be put in another order because it’s clearly a flu and made an appointment but her I am waiting with my sick child for 30 minutes because they prioritise walk ins.

Why make appointments then?

Not to mention thier app is down and they continue to just let people use it. I have been trying to get Dr on Telehealth for three days and haven’t gotten a call, that I haven’t complained about it and now I have to wait this long.

Honestly, if it wasn’t for Dr Karime I would walk out and go to a random doctor.
