It's one of the best practices ever!! Kindest, empathetic and service-minded doctors..very highly experienced, bulk-billed and very patient with patients. It's very hard to find such amazing doctors these days who are true to their profession than making it a commercial thing. Words can't express my gratitude for such a great experience I had today. I would give more stars if that was possible. Highly recommended especially Dr. Anne.

Dr Eric Rouesnel is always fantastic, and explains things clearly that can be understood. It's a clear service, bulk billed and i feel reassured after seeing him. Also they have xrays/so on that can be done a few shops down incase you were wondering. Even the specialist he referred was fantastic. For those new, when you go - sit in the waiting bay (to line up) people generally knows whos next and you go in when you see no one else is , or ask if anyones seeing that doc and figure out if you came before them.

Dr Eric and Dr Diane are fantastic!

I’ve seen Dr Ann Tonkin a few times when it’s been busy and I don’t want to wait for the other doctors and every time she has body shamed me.
I’m 52 and have hypothyroidism which she knows. I’m only a little chubby but I’m 6 feet tall.
I went in for a referral and script today, and on my way out the door she said, “to be honest you are carrying a fair bit of extra weight which is probably why you feel poorly. I’m really skinny and I have no health problems.”
She didn’t need to say this. She didn’t need to bodyshame me the other times as well. It’s hurtful and I’m fully aware of what I am. She’d probably say she’s trying to help me if I questioned her, but no it’s just mean and uncalled for. She needs to do better by her patients. This is probably one of the reasons why the other two doctors are much more popular. They have a great bedside manner and get to real root of your health issues and not make superficial assumptions.
If I could give 5 stars for the other doctors I would.

Pretty happy with their services. I've got there thinking I would be waiting for a long time but surprisingly as soon as I arrive, Dr Anne took care of me (not even a minute wait).
*They don't take bookings it is walk in only.
Dr Anne was straight to the point, very friendly and professional.
I had to call them again to ask for another lab form and Dr Eric fixed my problem over the phone, another very friendly and professional doctor.
I used to go to another Medical Practice in the area (always long wait even booking an appointment) and wasn't happy with their services. Now this will be my practice moving forward. They do bulk bill which is great!
The only thing I would say is if they had a receptionist it would be a little more organised and clean.
Overwall very happy and I recommend their services.

Dr. Rousenel - Outstanding Doctor ...took care of my needs after heart surgery. He was so up to date with helping me recover correctly.
Anne & Diane also spot on with the local needs for medical attention.
Its rare to find quality doctors like these.....
