Reception are unprofessional always unhappy and aggressive towards customers. Poor communication 30min waits turn into close to 2 hours. I get it services like this don't need to care about customer service because they are essential. Guess what I don't go there any more because of how disgusting there service is. I go to Our Medical Gregory Hills. It's a bit of a drive but it's worth it. They are of the utmost professionalism and customer service and they have there own inbuilt app which keeps you well informed. Doctors ans staff there are amazing and you don't have to wait 10 years for someone to call you. People try them out and you will see what I mean. I have no affiliation with them.

I had a 12.30 appointment and a 12.50 skin appointment and I told receptionists that I was going to the 12.50 appointment because he was running late and to notify the dr that I was in the other appointment with my son and 2 hours later I stil wasn’t seen I ended up walking out because of the poor communication between reception and doctors. Need new dr or receptionist

Visited this place for the first time back in August. It was the weekend and although they were busy, the front desk staff, the nurse and doctor were welcoming and great to deal with. Thank you again for looking after me.

Doctor Hossain regularly runs late. When I arrived he was an hour behind his appointments, and it took me 2 hours from arriving at my appointment time to be seen. There was no apology made about the wait.
While his care was adequate and he easily diagnosed my 9 month old, the wait and stress of having a sick child in a waiting room for two hours was unnecessary.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with one of the receptionists. During my recent visit, her voice was excessively loud, making the interaction uncomfortable. Additionally, she was dismissive and uncooperative when I tried to explain that I had already booked an interpreter for my clients. She also made my clients feel that there was a significant problem and that they might not be able to see the doctor. This lack of understanding and professionalism is unacceptable and does not reflect well on your establishment. I hope this issue can be addressed promptly to improve future experiences.

Really good Service amazing emergency clinic really good for lil emergencys no need to go hospital and wait hours i wemt to Bradbury doctors and it was a 2 hour wait but when i went to campbelltown medical and dental centre and went in straight away doctors are lovely and so is the pharmacy and receptionist you are welcomed with a smile on your face everytime
