Made Doctors appointment on a Monday first available was the following Thursday @2.15pm.
Explained when making appointment that is was for a scrip for meds. Arrived at 1.45pm to be handed
a form to be filled out as a new patient, when handed in completed form was told Doctor was called to
The hospital at 2.40pm, which is fine as people in hospital have more need for medical care. I informed the reception lady that I was out of medication needed a scrip was told to call my own doctor for it who is 1200kms away. I am now without blood pressure, cholesterol and antidepressant medication so
I suppose if I have complications from not taking meds I call an ambulance ?‍♀️

Rude lady on the desk she told me i would ne charged a full fees for my children if i didnt have a medicare card which is a load of bull said i would have to ring medicare or go to centrelink what a load of bull all because she would be to lazy to call if i didnt. First place ive been to who would charge fees for a child under 16 without a card. I said something to my husband in regards to the fees there is definitely nothing wrong with her ears she blasted me in front of everyone for comenting about the fee to my husband not to her rude arogant ears dropping unprofessional woman another health service to avoid... very rude people in jobs that should be proffessional and you have signs up refuse service for abuse ect... BUT ITS OK FOR YOU TO ABUSE PAITENTS IN FRONT OF OTHER PAITENTS TAKE YOUR SIGNS DOWN GROW UP AND LET SOMEONE SIT ON THE DESK WHO HAS PEOPLE SKILLS.. on a positive great doctor who has people skills shame he works in that surgery.
