Reception staff can make or break a practice and the ladies here are just great. They listen, and go out of their way to fit you in when something urgent comes up, which it sometimes does with small children. Being in an out of the way area, it's a huge relief to know that when other local practices are frequently booked out for weeks or months, I can get in when I have a real need without having to go into hospital babies in tow! The doctors also always listen, and have various levels of expertise in different areas, with Dr Sultana being a reliable practitioner in regards to women's health. Overall, this is my much preferred practice out of the 3 local options in Tilligerry.
