St Andrews Medical Centre is the best medical centre in the whole of NSW. The reception staff are so lovely, kind and very professional towards those who walk through their doors. The Doctors who work at st andrews are amazing! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else! Thank you for looking after my family and myself!

I have been attending this practice for 7 years along with my 2 daughters and many friends.
I have nothing but praise for the hard working staff.
I have always been treated with kindness and respect.
I have had many conversations with all three receptionists who have always done their best to meet my appointment needs.
I have witnessed the chaos and high pressure they faced throughout Covid. I would like to thank them for their commitment and professional approach.

I had made a phone consultation with Dr Khalil for the first time and was very unsure of how the process worked. I called the reception and Keri helped me and answered all my questions without complaint. I called multiple times (very annoying I know) but she reassured me every time without fail. Thank you Keri!!! 😉

I’ve been seeing the lovely Dr Julia for the last 18 years and now bring my 2 young children to see her and if that isn’t testament enough to the type of GP she is then I don’t know what is! We are genuinely heard and not just pushed out the door with a script during our appointments. We appreciate the care that is always shown to our family and will gladly wait our turn to be seen; it’s worth it!
The receptionists have been beyond helpful with things like faxing referrals for us, offering for us to sit down the hall away from crowds when we’re in with our baby, and always doing their best to accommodate our crazy schedules when making appointments. They have such a thankless job and are often only interacting with people who are stressed, sick, tired and grumpy. I am always treated with kindness by the reception staff and I appreciate that they’ve chosen to do this type of work; it’s definitely not for the faint of heart!

Big shout out to Vanessa and the awesome reception crew at St Andrews Medical Centre. It's always a pleasure seeing your happy faces when I walk into the clinic. The phone service is also always courteous. The reception team always do what they can to accommodate and operate extremely well in their stressful frontline positions.

Receptionist Vanessa is horrible, I’ve been going to this practice for years because the doctors are amazing but Vanessa is the rudest most arrogant receptionist I’ve ever had to endure. No matter how kind you are to this woman she is rude, impatient and talks down to you. There are so many complaints here talking about the rude receptionist and naming Vanessa. Owners really need to do something about this as she is the face of the business and is clearly turning customers away by the other reviews here.

Been coming here for a few years now. Have always found the doctors good. Last few months though i have been seeing Dr Joe, he’s fantastic!!! Cannot rave enough about him. Vanessa and Sue on the front desk are also amazing. Always polite and friendly and cannot do enough for you

Dr Kyaw Kyaw Oo (Joe) is a fantastic doctor !! Ive never had problems with this medical centre. Abit far from our home.. due to bad experiences in my area i was told he is a really good doctor and they are right. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
