Love doctor nygen nygen. He saved my son’s life when he was 3 weeks old. He was my third drs opinion for him to pick up on his rare condition. He is amazing with kids taking the time to listen to understand how I feel.

Only thing I wish he did bookings as walk in wait times can be long

Dr Ahmed has got to be the rudest doctor I’ve ever came across. He shouldn’t even be a doctor due to his lack of care towards his patients. My partner went to the medical centre and dr Ahmed was the one that saw him, my partner was explaining to him his issues and what’s going on and all dr Ahmed could say was “there’s nothing I can do” as my partner tried to explain again dr Ahmed cut him off and kept saying “you’re done now” multiple times and refused to listen to my partner so my partner got up and left with no help.
Dr Ahmed is bluntly rude and disrespectful so I decided to look at the reviews, as I read the other reviews I now understand where everyone is coming from as we have experienced it too. I suggest anyone that goes here DO NOT see dr Ahmed!!

Seen Dr Tadros with my 10 week old Daughter he was so good took the time to listen and explain things in a way you can understand without the big medical words
Will Definitely be back to Dr Tadros

If I could give less I would. After seeing this doctor for over 10 years and being diagnosed with a chronic disease the centre then changed their opening hours so I am no longer able to attend any check ups during the week and have to wait a minimum of 2 hours from opening to be seen on the weekend.
Being told there’s 2 in front then seeing 4 other patients walk in ahead of me was just ridiculous.
You cannot book an appointment so you have to wait.
After requesting my medical records to find a new gp as I need to be able to be seen I was advised there is a $66 fee for my own records.
Open Monday to Friday 9-5 with full staff then weekends with only 2 doctors what a joke!

Dr Lucy is amazing. Wait time can be long but that's because she's thorough and does not rush you out the door. I've always found reception staff to be friendly and courteous.

The receptionist, and all the other doctors are amazing, but today I had a problem with the Asian female doctor, I have autism and other special needs, and I was concerned with my issue and when I was asking her questions she kept sighing and saying “if you’re not happy with me, you can always see another doctor” after all I said to her was be patient with me I have special needs she’s so rude and arrogant, if you hate your job that much don’t work there and retire you’re old enough!

I have retracted my 1 star and have given 4 stars. Myself and my family are now seeing Dr Mina who is compassionate, listens and cares. Whilst the wait times can be a little long, its because he takes the time to listen to his patients.

Waited an hour to see someone just to get an ECG so I can go on this particular medicine

Dr said they can’t do it cause the Nurse went home, I asked if the Dr didn’t know how to do one and he said he did it was just too simple for that of a Dr to do and only a Nurse should do it? I was waiting an hour there was no one left in the waiting area.

“Too simple to do it” what does that say to our Nurses who work so hard day in day out doing all the “simple” stuff Dr’s can’t do, this medication in question is for my mental health and it’s another day I now have to go without treatment because god forbid you have to do something a Nurse does.

Made an appointment on Friday for my 4 month old and received confirmation. Got a message today (Monday- the day of the appointment) that said doctor “doesn’t take new patients” even though I’ve been to the practice for 6+ years, and my son has been there.

Was told to go straight to the practice at 1pm as I had “5 ahead of me”. Arrived at 2pm, at 3:45 was told we were next, and waited outside of the doctors office door. No movement so at 4:15 I asked reception again if there was a patient in with the doctor. I was told he “may be on the phone with a patient”. We left after over 2 hours in a waiting room with a sick baby, without even seeing a doctor.

The receptionists, nurses and most of the doctors are amazing- but if you look at the reviews you can see who the problem doctor is.
