We were at bupa at around 12:30 pm and there was no one at the counter . There was a note saying “on lunch and will be back in 45 minutes” . It didn’t mention the exact time. We waited till 2:05 pm but no one came and then we left . It was a great inconvenience and a waste of time for us . We had come to the centre just for that and even waited for long so we could get it done but disappointingly we couldn’t . Really a bad customer service from Bupa.
