provides a thorough examination of my skin as always. I am happy knowing that she cares about doing a good job for me. Wonderful service from two smiling ladies.

I was recently due for my routine skin check and after thorough research I decided to see Dr Heba at KRS, and I am so glad I did. Dr Heba was very thorough and professional - checking every section of skin from head to toe using new technology that captured some spots that needed monitoring. The exam room was clean and tidy, and even when preforming a biopsy Dr Heba made it as painless as possible. I would recommend Dr Heba to any of my friends and family knowing that they are in the best care.

Unless you want to wait 2 hours in the waiting room to see a doctor and pay 3 consult fee’s for ONE consult and follow up results I don’t recommend KRS health.

I had an initial consult which resulted in me having to get pathology collected. I paid a full consult fee at this time which I happily paid.

A day after having my pathology collected, I received a message saying I needed to book a “non urgent” result/ follow up appointment with my doctor.

I booked an appointment for 4 calendar days later at 12.45pm - I wasn’t seen til 2.30pm A 2 HOUR WAIT.
I was then charged another full consult fee for my result/follow up appointment which I happily paid.

The next day I received a phone call from the receptionist that I needed to book an urgent follow up appointment regarding pathology results, I stated that I had already been seen the day prior about these results & the receptionist advised that some results were “delayed” and have only just arrived and I needed to be seen sooner rather than later so I booked a phone consult for the following day.

The following day the doctor called me and we had a phone conversation lasting no longer than 2 minutes.

I was then called by the receptionist and advised that I would be charged ANOTHER FULL CONSULT FEE! Even though I had already paid a consult fee for the initial appointment and another for these pathology results.

At no point was I advised that ALL my results weren’t back and I should delay my appointment to receive all of them in the one consult - I was actually advised that it was MY responsibility to call them and check prior to booking my appointment!
I also wasn’t advised of the long wait time prior to arriving to avoid 2 hours waiting in the waiting room.

After discussion with the practice manager, doctor and receptionist there was no solution offered and I was made to pay the 3rd consult fee - The invoice states “phone consult lasting over 6 minutes” even though I spoke with the doctor for no longer than 2 minutes.

After waiting 45mins to see the doctor, I was told to book in with my regular doctor. I explained I work full time, run my own little business and the time lines haven't matched up to book in with my own doctor. I explained all I need was new scripts that I have been on for the past 6months. She did everything she could to find excuses not to give me scripts. I felt I was treated this way because of the colour of my skin. Very disappointed in the practice and the doctor providing the poor service.
