Just walked out of a service where the masseuse was walking out to greet customers (and still running the clock) and the TEXTING AND WATCHING TIKTOK LIVES while giving me my massage. I looked up to see why she kept stopping, at one point she said she was texting a friend a password.
I don’t care if you want to listen to music while you work, I get that..but use ear phones.
I felt so vulnerable being half naked for this massage.. and you have your phone out Never again. NEVER AGAIN. If I could give Zero stars I would.

I travel for 50 minutes just to come to Healthy Care.

I go to Cindy who is absolutely amazing, pay the gap with health fund. I recommend this massage establishment. ASK FOR CINDY

Lee (Female) is an excellent masseuse.
I like a deep tissue massage and still nearly fell asleep.

I felt really tight in my body before the massage but now feel much lighter.

This place was atrocious, whoever was massaging me was basically slapping me, massages are not meant to leave me in pain for hours afterwards, I had handprints on my back all day because of how hard she was slapping me, absolutely disgraceful, will NEVER return. Do better.

If you run a Business in Australia, you need to know basic English wasted my time driving over here because they said over the phone a gift voucher could be used at any shop and now they saying oh sorry, it can’t be!

Got a massage from this place today (10/10/2023) ended up with a massive bruze on my left lower back...I had asked the masseuse to be gentle in my most troubled spots but she pressed so hard that I was crying and wincing in pain...this was around 10am ish and now it is 7:12pm and I'm in so much pain...I will be calling and reporting this to the manager
