Just finished up the most amazing 90 minutes spa treatment. I NEVER spend money on myself for these types of things and have zero regrets. Such a lovely relaxing treatment. Only negative is that it’s difficult to fully immerse in relaxation when you can hear other conversations going on outside the door. Otherwise perfect.

I booked in for a facial and literally wasted my money it was $185 for a customise facial although I wanted to get something else but the lady told me she has only 60 minutes time slot so this is what I’ll be having and literally no results. Such a disappointment can’t even see a bit difference. I went back to talk about it and the lady just wrote name and number and told me that she will forward it to the manager and she will contact me but no response nothing at all. Such an unprofessional attitude.

Had what was supposed to be a 45 minute facial that ended up going for about 30 mins after the therapist was a bit late, took pictures of my skin etc. Therapist got some liquid in my eye. I wouldn’t worry about that so much if the facial went for longer. It’s definitely not worth $165! I would’ve been better off getting products. I Won’t be going back.
