Highly recommend the float therapy for pain relief - by far the greatest modality for lower back niggles/inflammation. The service has always been 5star, I love the energy it feels clean & fresh. Thanks for offering such a great service, I’m a once a month regular! xx

What a great experience! We were gifted a couples float and it was a lovely treat to kick off our long weekend. The atmosphere and ambience was lovely and calm and the float pool was the perfect temperature - everything was catered for.

Excellent place to unwind. Private saunas within a comfortable room with a shower, towels and robe. Good for 1 or 2 people and always feel refreshed afterwards. Did a float at a different city cave and will also do that here in the near future, but recommend the experience totally!!

A more relaxing morning I couldn’t ask for. The sauna, floatation pool, then 45 minutes of massage bliss. Thankyou Christina. I recommend everyone should try this once. It was awesome.

We love City Cave Kotara! The team are friendly and make everything seamless. The atmosphere is relaxing, welcoming and so clean. The best infrared sauna and float pool in Newy/Lake Mac.

I had a massage at City Cave Kotara yesterday and it was honestly the best massage I have ever had! (and I have had a few). The masseur ( wish I could remember his name!) was welcoming, reassuring, friendly and extremely competent. I will definitely be going again!

My first-time float was amazing followed by a massage with the talented Jodie—the perfect post-float experience. I left feeling totally rejuvenated. The staff truly made the experience. Their warmth created such a welcoming and calming environment.
