Almeda Healthcare has let me down.

A procedure Dr. Morne performed did not go as planned. I struggled with inflamation and had to undergo a second excision, which meant I had to pay twice for one and the same procedure, eventhough I was assured that it would be free of charge.

Furthermore, the reciept that was handed to me gave me no chance to claim back money from my insurance.

I have been waiting for a reply for months now and I am very disappointed with the lack of determination they handled this concern with.

I would NOT recommend Almeda healthcare to anyone. They are costly, treatments are inefficient and mistakes are not owned up to. Patients are rather gaslighted to make them believe they are at fault.

My first appointment with Dr Anne was excellent. She is warm, interested in you as a person as well as addressing health issues. Dr Anne treated me with respect and dignity and I felt enormous relief and confidence in her to become my regular GP. Reception staff were kind and helpful and practice manager friendly and interested in what I had to say. Thank you for your wonderful service.

I highly recommend Dr Adarsh Aravind . He made me at ease as I walked into his
surgery. So very thorough and explained problems in terms we could all understand. Everyone in the late 60s on should see him to check on memories. ETc. Kind caring professional. We are very fortunate to have him in Coffs Harbour. A special mention to his reception staff so pleasant and
welcoming . Thank you ?

Hi guys,

I believe every business needs feedback wether it be positive or negative, so first of all I will state the positive attributes, the staff are lovely, very friendly and polite as to are the doctors, on the other hand their customer service leaves a bit to be desired, the on hold recording sometimes tells you to call back later when on hold for a period of time then just cuts you off, when you do get a hold of customer service there are lengthy times on hold, leave you hanging when customers to have other things they have to do as well, so without rambling on about it alot could be done to improve the efficiency of this customer service ..
