Put our names down before 9:30am and was told at 12pm there were 3 patients in front with 2 to come back. Asked again at 12:40pm and now are being told we still have 2 patients in front when doctor has just seen 6 patients in that time frame. What an absolute joke. No matter what day we come here it’s always a 3 hour wait if not longer. Tried to come in Monday to be told at 10am the doctor was all booked out for the day and the next didn’t start until 12pm. This medical centre need to get their act together because it is so frustrating sitting here for 3+ hours with a toddler only to see the doctor for lucky to be 10 minutes.

Our family doctor is great at this practice and wouldn't want to change, Dr Austria is an amazing GP. However today we knew Dr Austria
wasn't rostered but came to see any available doctor. The management of this practice needs an overhaul. Came in at 9.30am told to come back in an hour at 10.30 and still waiting to see the doctor at 1.03pm. I understand they had one doctor rostered on but they need to do something about taking appointments instead so patients can seek other medical centres for a different GP if in their best interest. Also giving more realistic timeframes of how long to see the GP. Don't sugarcoat how long it's going to take, if it's going to take 3 hours say it's going to take 3 hours not 1 hour!! Then when we ask how many in front get told 2-3 then when we think it's our time it still isn't our turn because someone who's put their name down early just came in. Give people the number of people's names placed in front.

The doctors have a serious problem with showing up for their shifts. Dr Chang is supposed to start at 9 on a Sunday get told he normally comes in at 9:40. If I did that at my job I'd be fired and this isn't the first time I know Dr fahmy is frequently late one time he was over 2.5 hours late as the only doctor on. The management need to fire and then hire new doctors here since they clearly don't care to be on time for the patients.

Will be waiting over 4 hours for a 5 minute thing. Feeling more sick then when i came. Told i should be in at 11:30 when i arrived at 9 saying 13 people in front then told still 4 infront at 12:45 pm what a joke this medical centre is. Have to try somewhere new I think wouldn't recommend believing the times they say. The reception has no idea.#stillwaiting

Biggest mistake trusting this medical centre again in August 2024. Came here for some antibiotics for an infected tooth extraction. 3 in front, then told doctor has stepped out....2 hours still have not been seen. Sick of GP surgeries, 99% of my visits are for ventolin asthma medication, waiting hours just for a script of a pre diagnosed condition.
Years of negligence from this practice. Wrong diagnosis and treatments. Ignore other doctors, surgeons and specialists advice and opinions. I still have ongoing conditions and others from wrong treatments. I am still looking for a decent doctor and medical practice.

Waited 2 hours. Dr talk to my son 5 mins and give antibiotics.
Not a good service at all.

Doctors are okay but the wait times are crazy! Arrived at 8:05am (they open 8am) and was told 8 people infront of me , it was over 2hrs wait and i had to leave to go to work and wasn't seen by a doctor. Only 3 doctors rostered on that day (Friday). Won't be back

Family First Care Medical Centre Rosemeadow have done a fantastic job with taking care of me and my health needs. They always make sure I have the help when it comes to my health care with friendly and efficiency with their services in the medical professions.

They always really show they care at all times and thanks to them I've been very fortunate with the surgery I've needed in the past also. So do lay your trust in one of Campbelltown Council Chambers Medical Centre Rosemeadow's awards for excellence.
