Reception staff rude and totally unprofessional in their manner and work ethic. Waited over an hour and told a Dr needed to meet me before deciding to take me on and before getting medical records sent from interstate. Only here for a work medical and paying $125 for it in a bulk bill practice. Private questions discussed with patients in reception area from behind the counter without any thought for discression. If this is the level of service we can expect from a bulk billing service in Australia then HOLLY SHIT!

I met Dr. Tosan for a very complex case. I had seen 4 GPs and 2 different specialists ( $460 wasted), and on my first visit, yes FIRST VISIT with Dr. Tosan, he listened to me for almost 6 mins uninterrupted , examines me and tells me what my problem of 3 years has been. Of course i was initially full of doubt as he recommended a few test and started me on medications. 2 weeks later I was brand new!!! This doctor is a wiz! The most intelligent and professional doctor I have ever met. Now my family all sees him, and speak so highly of him

Both Dr Golam and Dr Tosan are kind and thorough. They listen to your problems and provide the best medical care possible. They are an asset to Tristar Medical Group.

I really miss this GP practice after having moved away from Coffs Harbour.

I had been referred to see if there was an available appointment within the next few weeks as the clinic I was trying to get into was fully booked for sometime. Before I got the chance to explain that, the receptionist went on such a rant about them refering people that I had to stop her mid-rant & say 'just listen to me a moment' because actually they did have an appointment within the next week that I would have taken, had the receptionist not been so rude on the phone. Gobsmacked.

Dr Tosan Ajuyah at Tristar is an excellent GP, wealth of medical knowledge & experience, friendly, happy, very professional. I recommend him to all family & friends. Receptionists lovely too always friendly & courteous

The receptionist is always polite and pleasant. Doctors are very patient, professional and nice, especially Dr. Ajuyah whom I fortunately met a few times. Good place for patients to visit!

Terrible service from the front office staff. Waiting 3 days, 5 emails and 4 phone calls being on hold evry time for more than 15 mins and still no certificate. I understand they are busy but this is just not acceptable for a medical practice.
