After reading some of the reviews for this practice my husband and I were a bit wary about approaching the Reception staff but we can honestly say that all of the Reception staff were more than helpful. Each one of the Receptionists gave a friendly greeting to EVERY patient and could not have been nicer. Taking into consideration that they are greeting patients, answering numerous phone calls, organising Specialists appointments, taking payments, lodging Medicare claims and many other tasks, the girls here do a fabulous job. Five stars from my husband and I to the beautiful Reception staff here.

The receptionist staff are always respectful and caring. Very helpful. I recommend this practice to anyone who wants to feel cared for and have everything explained to them in a professional caring manner.
The specialist Doctors are A grade and we are very lucky to have this facility in regional NSW, or anywhere in Australia for that matter. No one wants to go to a specialist because obviously something is wrong - I’m just personally happy we have this facility with such great people working there to help.

both times i went to this clinic i had horrible experiences.
the first time, i was getting an eeg. the person doing the eeg barely spoke to me, just a ‘come into this room and sit on that chair’ and immediately started doing things to me without explaining.
nothing about the eeg was explained to me, nor did they tell me that i was going to have an induced seizure.
the second time i went, the receptionists were more unfriendly than the first time, in fact they made it seem like they were burdened by my presence there.
when i saw the neurologist, he had the attitude of just getting patients in and out rather than actually being a doctor.
he never read my chart, i had to repeatedly tell him things that if he had just read it he would know, which showed me that he doesn’t have any interest in the people he’s ‘treating’, especially since once he gets me in and out he gets $400.

go somewhere else.

update:
they called me to ‘fix’ things after seeing my review, but when i said “no thankyou” the person on the phone said “alright” in a pissed off tone and hung up on me.

We went to the NRMA but unfortunately my disabled daughter needed to go to the toilet yet we couldn't see any signs stating that they had any so we went next door to this business as it was just next door I saw a sign stating that they had toilets I asked reception if my daughter could please use theirs the lady behind the counter said no because NRMA had toilets back we went only to find they didn't , I did call her a liar , I can see why this business
is getting so many bad reviews , reception seems to be the problem mostly

As per other reviews - some of the reception staff are extraordinarily rude and discompassionate. I don't understand why people with this attitude work in health care.

Once you get past them, Dr Taneja is great. Warm & personable, seems to know what he is doing.

I have always found the reception staff very helpful and friendly. Coffs Harbour is extremely lucky to have such specialist clinicians attend this clinic. I cannot speak highly enough of all staff members ?

Staff are rude and straight up disrespectful. Talk to you like your absolute dirt. The receptionists especially the south African one think there better than you and should not be around sick people. They have no respect, compassion or an ounce of care. If your a pensioner expect to pay $400 for an appointment and get $120 back. You should not have to choose between healthcare and being able to feed yourself or keep a roof over your head. Shame on this practice AVOID

Specialists and technicians are great. Reception is very rude, especially if you are poor. I suggest they don't work in healthcare.
