The staff are simply excellent. Nothing is too hard for them, especially when they are pressured. The range of Doctors are very good . I owe so much to their friendship, diagnosis and referral to specialists. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Some of the most unhelpful and unfriendly reception staff I have ever come across!
I thought that perhaps they were having a bad day however I've been back several times and had the same experience from nearly all the reception staff.
They are dismissive and rude and don't seem to have care for their patients.
I've never had an issue with any of the doctor's, however as the face of the practice I believe this needs to be rectified.

I really liked how Dr Elvy communicated. He had a friendly and competent disposition. He clearly explained the examination and the procedure to follow. He was honest and encouraging.

The receptionist was very rude. I dont wanna generalise gp receptionists but this woman told me they charge fee and she sounded like if you cant afford dont call us and told me there is one appointment available today and i said i will only available around lunch time and she just hung up on me.
